Fishing

Waisalima Beach Resort conducts regular bottom fishing and trolling trips for our guests. We're not equipped with the big game-boats and "the Chair" type setups that some of the other resorts have yet do our fishing the traditional Fijian style with our guides being local Fijian fisherman. Check out some of the photos. It just goes to show that you don't always need the latest fish finders, equipment and high-powered stink-boats to catch fish!

Note: All fish that are caught are provided for the resort to serve our guests; at least this way we're not catching fish for no reason! Any excess fish are given to Tiliva Primary School to feed their boarding students.
