Waisalima Beach Resort & Dive Centre prides itself on its culinary skills and caters for our guests’ various dietary requirements.

Our meals are served buffet-style and with most of our produce being grown locally and caught fresh from the surrounding reefs, Waisalima Beach Resort offers only the freshest and tastiest bounty available. Some groceries and fresh meats are ferried weekly from Suva to ensure a variety of dishes, as well as the occasional Lovo feasts that offer a traditional Fijian gastronomic experience.

 

Most of our vegetables and tropical fruits are grown on-premises in our gardens behind the kitchen, and meals are a mixture of international cuisine and traditional Fijian food which offers a diversified menu for everyone.

With fresh bread, pastries and cake baked daily, our delicious deserts will tantalize your palette!

Vegetarians and special dietary requirements are easily catered for by arrangement so please let us know when making your reservation so we can ensure our meals cater to your specific needs.
